To catch a ball below your shoulder, you take both hands and form a sort of bowl with them. So have them wide open to enable the ball to enter in the hands. As soon as the ball comes into the “bowl” formed with the hands, close the hands so the ball can’t jump out.
To take pressure of the ball, move the hands towards the body in the catching movement. This way the ball won’t just hit the hands, which really hurts, but goes smooth into the hands. Therefore it is important to bring them somehow back, in the catching movement.
As a cricket ball is quite hard and comes very fast, one need to be very careful while catching the ball and it can really hurt if something goes wrong and one can easily break a finger.

An out-swinger is quite similar to an in-swinger. The only difference is that an out-swinger is going away from the batsman instead of to the batsman.
Again this is for right hander, if you are left handed, it is the opposite way.
You need one shiny part of your ball and one filthy part of your ball. Now put your index finger on the stitching and your middle finger directly next to it on the filthy part. Your thumb should be on the other site of the ball on the stitching as well. The shiny part should be on your left site and the filthy part on your right.
Now it is a normal bowling delivery and you have bowled an out-swinger.

An in-swinger is a spin ball that will go slowly to the batsman. To bowl an in-swinger, you will have to have one shining site on your ball. (rub it against your trousers so it gets clean and shiny) Only one site should be shiny, the other should be filthy.
Now, if you are a right hander, put your index finger on the stitching (the part in the middle of the ball that keeps it together) and your middle finger on the shiny site. Your thumb should be also on the stitching, on the opposite site of the ball.
Notice, the shining site should be on your right and the filthy site on your left.
If you are left handed, it is the opposite way round.
After that it is normal delivery. However, you should get a good run up.

For right hander for left hander it is the other way round:
You have to put your left hand at the top of the bat and your right hand below. Hold it tight so you won’t loos control over the bat. Grip the bat so the finger tips of your left hand will show in direction of your legs and the finger tips of your right hand fill show the other way.
Now, put your left foot over the batting crease and with your right stay behind it. Between the feet is about one foot distance. Then put the bat behind your right foot and when the ball comes, swing it over your feet on the ball. You might have to reposition yourself in order to be able to hit it

The real bowling action depends what kind of bowling you want to do, fast bowling or spin bowling, but the general bowling action stays the same. You have to run up to the bowling crease, one foot crossing it and the other staying behind it. Until this moment will the bowler have the ball next to his face, which will look down the pitch. He will then bring the ball down to his legs until his arm is straightened. After that he will bring his arm over the shoulder but keeping it straight all the time. During the time he brings the arm over his shoulder he will make a powerful step or jump and he then will release the ball in front of him so it will go down the wicket. During the release he will put his whole body weight in a down movement, so the ball gets more speed.
